# Intelligent portals for institutional services

> Prepare and track applications through a measurable institutional service

<div lang="en" dir="ltr">
  ## From an incomplete application to a review-ready file

We propose an Arabic/English portal that gathers company information and documents, checks completeness and consistency, and prepares a clear file for staff review. Admission and financing decisions remain with the institution.

<Note>This is a proposed service under development. The introductory portal is available; application intake, document processing and automated execution are not yet activated.</Note>

  ## Who we serve

  | Institutional customer | Proposed use |
  | - | - |
  | Incubators and business service centres | Prepare applications to support programmes |
  | SME programme operators | Organise files, missing information and follow-up |
  | Suitable financial institutions | Prepare financing files to their requirements, subject to agreement and review |

The institution pays for the service. Applicant companies and reviewing teams use the portal.

  ## First product

An incubator application: receive company information, index documents, flag missing or inconsistent information, prepare a reviewer brief and draft follow-up for staff approval. Start with one service and a customer-approved requirements list.

  ## Commercial model

  | Stage | Deliverable | Proposed charge |
  | - | - | - |
  | Limited pilot | Configure and test a service; report results | Defined pilot fee |
  | Setup and integration | Institutional branding, requirements, access and integration | Implementation fee |
  | Ongoing operation | Support, maintenance, hosting and agreed usage | Monthly or annual subscription |
  | Expansion | Additional services, integrations or applications | Separate scope or usage charge |

Pricing depends on volume, document complexity and integration. No fixed prices or referral commissions are approved. Vendor subscriptions and our service fees are separated in proposals.

  ## Prove the value

An initial pilot may use 30–50 synthetic or authorised files, compared with a baseline for the same service. Measure file preparation time, data extraction and missing-item detection accuracy, staff corrections, follow-up rounds and cost per completed file. This sample is proposed for early learning, not statistical proof or a promised saving.

  ## Expansion

After validating the first service, explore Islamic financing file preparation with a suitable institution. Integration depends on its existing system interfaces; Mambu is not required.
